After studying under Grégoire Scalabre and Christophe Bonnard at the École des Arts et Techniques Céramiques de Paris, from which she graduated in 2018, Audrey Schaditzki’s work explores the concepts of emptiness, erasure, erosion, and fissures, echoing the fragility of ecosystems and the transformations of our contemporary civilization. She works primarily with porcelain, which she throws on the wheel and then transforms. She tears it, hollows it out, pierces it, or adorns it, reaching a breaking point where the gesture itself becomes sculptural, in a perpetual tension between the peril of emptiness and the extreme fragility of the material. Through her meticulous work with the material, Audrey Schaditzki tends towards a form of authenticity, where the clays retain their own identity, their natural nuances, their raw textures, and their mineral presence. Without enamel, in a quest for simplicity and radicalism, her sculptures reveal the buried memory of the materials and bring forth forms that evoke the transformations of fractured, deserted landscapes, mineral architectures, or recomposed geological concretions.

Since 2019, her works have been presented at contemporary art events, including Private Choice (Paris, 2025), Fondation Thalie (Arles, 2024), Biennale Emergences (Pantin, 2023), Biennale de Céramique Contemporaine (Sèvres, 2024), Salon Résonances (Strasbourg, 2022).
